If your Pass has been stolen, report it to the Police and they will give you a Crime Reference Number. There will be no charge if you order a replacement Pass when you provide your Crime Reference Number.

Please be aware you will need to submit a Crime Reference Number during the application.

You may be asked for the following additional information to complete your application

• evidence of address
• proof of disability (Disabled Bus Passes)
• a photograph of yourself

If any of the above is, it can be uploaded during the application or posted later.

You can expect to receive your pass within 28 days of all evidence being received.

There will be no charge if you order a replacement Pass when you provide your Crime Reference Number.
