Lost or damaged replacement bus pass
Replace a damaged or lost buss pass.
If your Concessionary Bus Pass has been lost or damaged, a fee of £5 is payable at the end of the application.
Please note: If your pass was issued by Worcestershire County Council, and due to expire in the next 3 months, you can renew your pass free of charge.
Damaged Passes
It is your responsibility to ensure that your Pass is in good condition so that it can be scanned by bus ticket machines.
Ticket machines may be unable to scan damaged passes that:
- are split/cut/worn
- are held together with tape
- have holes in them
Change in appearance
If you can no longer be identified by the photograph because your appearance has changed or the photograph is damaged, then you must order a replacement Pass.
We may require the following from you to complete your application
- evidence of address if changed
- an updated photograph if required
- payment of £5
- you can expect to receive your pass within 28 days of all evidence being received
