Connect
Signing up to a new activity or joining a club is a great way to meet new people and build connections. To find activities in your local area, visit the Community Services Directory. You can also ask your GP to refer you to a social prescriber who can refer you to local activities, groups and services in the community. Or visit Befriending Networks to find a Befriender who can contact you.
Be active
If you enjoy being outside or would like to improve your wellbeing why not join a physical activity group, local sports club or even just meet up with a friend and go for a walk. Take a look to see whats on offer in Worcestershire to help you get more active.
Take notice
If you notice you’re feeling lonely, there are several things you can do to help improve your wellbeing. Visit the Campaign to end loneliness website.
