Healthy Worcestershire
Healthy Worcestershire is a new and exciting programme open to anyone over the age of 18 who live or are registered with a GP in Worcestershire. Healthy Worcestershire is here to support you to improve your health and wellbeing, offering information, activities and advice about how to be more physically active, lead a healthy lifestyle, stay safe online, maintain good mental health, and stay connected to others in the community. Worcestershire Health Walks
The Worcestershire Health Walks programme offers free short group walks led by trained volunteers. Health Walks take place across the county and are a great way to meet new friends, explore our Green Flag award winning parks and green spaces. Find a Health Walk near you.
Worcestershire Libraries
Libraries provide lots of opportunities for people to connect socially while taking part in a shared hobby or interest such as, Knit and Natter, Craft Groups and Film Club. The Community Services Directory
The Community Services Directory is a platform for all residents to find helpful information about health and wellbeing groups, services, and activities locally and across the county. It is a way to enable people to stay informed, healthy, and independent, by providing relevant information, when they need it. It is a great way to connect people to local services and to the variety of voluntary and community groups across Worcestershire.
NHS Talking Therapies
NHS Talking Therapies provide a range of free, confidential support including online, group and 1:1 therapy to people aged 16 and over. They can help you find and access a variety of groups, courses and activities that can support your physical and mental wellbeing. They also have self help guides which are designed to help you understand how you are feeling, and cover a wide range of topics such as depression, anxiety and stress.

Your Space
Your Space Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs offer free support to children and young people aged 11-25 across Worcestershire. Hub are available in various community locations. To find a Hub near you visit the Your Space website.

Kooth offers anonymous and personalised mental health support for Children and Young People in Worcestershire.
Reach4Wellbeing
Reach4Wellbeing provide short-term group programmes for children and young people age 5 to18 experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and low mood.
