NHS E-Learning for Healthcare (ELFH)
The NHS have the following online course for healthcare (ELFH), which is freely available to all organisations: Tackling Loneliness and Social Isolation
This module aims to help individuals:
- understand the impact of loneliness and isolation on health and wellbeing
- learn how to identify and support individuals experiencing isolation or feelings of loneliness
- gain practical strategies for improving wellbeing through person-centred approaches

The Good Practice Mentor (GPM) Programme
The GPM programme offers support to organisations working to reduce loneliness and isolation among older adults by increasing engagement through activities, events, and community initiatives.
The programme can help you to improve and adapt services, learn about co-production, and develop inclusive outreach strategies. It also assists in creating welcoming environments, building peer networks, and implementing best practices to foster meaningful social connections.
