• a bridge
• retaining walls
• subways
• crash barriers
• a culvert wider than 90cm

If you wish to report an issue with a culvert less than 90cm wide, please use the Drainage or Flooding category.

Do not report

Do not report a problem with a bridge or highway structure online if:

• your report relates to a risk to life, requiring immediate attention please contact West Mercia Police on 999
• your report relates to the A46 or motorways. For these locations please contact National Highways or use their reporting tool
• it is on a private road
