• if your Blue Badge has expired, you can either cut it up and securely dispose of it
• or return it to, Blue Badge, PO Box 895 Worcester WR4 4FB

Cancel a Blue Badge

To cancel a Blue Badge because it is no longer required or because the badge holder has passed away, please click on the link below and complete the form provided. The Blue Badge Team will then cancel the Blue Badge.

Please note:

• once the form has been completed, you may cut it up and securely dispose of it
• or return it to, Blue Badge, PO Box 895 Worcester WR4 4FB
• if the Blue Badge holder has died, you may use the link below to cancel the badge and then cut it up and securely destroy it or you can hand the badge into the registrar when you register the death

• the badge number if available
• the date of death if a badge holder has passed away
