Background

The work was organised in two phases. 

• Phase 1 was from Market Street to Crow Corner
• Phase 2 was between Crow Corner and the section 278 improvements recently carried out on Teme Street by contractors working on behalf of Tesco

Outcomes

In summary the scheme comprised of:

• resurfacing of the carriageway
• new footways
• the installation of raised tables
• the introduction of new street furniture (bins, bollards etc) 

Completion

Phase 1 of the work was completed in March 2015 and phase 2 was completed in November 2017.
