Summary
Worcestershire County Council are working in partnership with Worcester City Council, who secured £10 million Towns Fund for the regeneration of Shrub Hill Quarter. The 1.15ha Isaac Maddox House site on Shrub Hill Road will be transformed into an Enterprise Centre, made up of a mix of office and commercial space.
