For urgent mental health support
- Call 999 if can’t keep yourself or others safe
- Dial NHS 111, then press option 2 for urgent help
- Phone the Samaritans on 116 123 or visit their website
Other help and support is also available, including through text and email:
- Text ‘SHOUT’ to 85258 for free confidential mental health support
- Call HOPELINE UK on 0800 068 41 41 or text 88247 to speak to an adviser to keep you safe from suicide
- Worcestershire Safe Haven provides telephone support and face-to-face appointments if you’re experiencing a mental health crisis.
- It offers a listening ear and support, along with guidance on accessing other services.
