Team Around the Family information and guidance

A Team Around the Family is a meeting between a child, young person, their family and the group of professionals who are working with them.

When should a meeting take place?

A TAF meeting should take place when a concern identifies the need for a multi-agency response. It provides the opportunity to discuss how additional needs can be met by sharing information and creating a solution focused plan that will support the needs of the child and their family.
