The Enterprising Worcestershire Start-It Business Masterclass is a two-day, fully funded programme designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs transform their business ideas into successful ventures.

Delivered face-to-face across Worcestershire, the masterclass offers 12 hours of expert guidance in business and financial planning. Participants will learn more about the key steps involved in starting and running a business, including important strategies for your first year of operation.

This programme is tailored for individuals who have not yet launched their business or are in the first few months. They are seeking practical advice and insight on how to proceed in becoming a business owner and to build the confidence and skills needed for success.

The offer

Over the course, you’ll receive essential insights and practical knowledge, all delivered by an experienced Rock Solid Consulting Advisor.

The programme covers a wide range of topics crucial to launching and growing a business, including:

selecting the right legal structure for your business
tools for researching your idea, identifying your target market, and assessing your competition
understanding the importance of a Business Plan and Cashflow, and how to create them

This programme is open to businesses/residents situated in the districts of Bromsgrove, Malvern Hills, Redditch, Wychavon and Wyre Forest.
