Conditions of use

Information about the use of school transport bus passes

• tickets are valid for travel up to and including the expiry date printed on the pass
• where a pass is issued for an Education Contract
  • this will be for transport at the start and end of the school day only
  • can only be used on the contract vehicle printed on the pass
• where a Severn Card is issued, this can be used on any of the eligible local bus services
  • as detailed in the Severn Card Service List
• where a Severn Card is issued, this will only be valid for transport within the Zone issued

• if seat belts are provided, they should be worn at all times
• wait for the bus to pull away from the bus stop before crossing the road
• you should carry your ticket with you at all times and show the driver when you board the vehicle
• failure to show a pass could result in you being refused transport
• your ticket will be invalid if mutilated or defaced in any way or any part of the information is unreadable
