Worcestershire Domestic Abuse Survivor Support Service (DAASS)
DAASS is a Worcestershire service which aims to reduce the incidence and impact of domestic abuse by providing support, protection and prevention services that empower those affected by abuse to rebuild their lives and those of their children.
What support is available?
Single referral pathway in to support services including refuge accommodation, recovery support – group based and one to one, support for children and young people and male survivors.
Who is eligible?
Any individuals and their children affected by doemstic abuse.

Cranstoun
An integrated drug and alcohol structured community treatment and recovery service for adults and young people living in Worcestershire.
What support is available?
A countywide tier 2 and 3 community treatment service (group/one to one) which includes pharmacological and psychological support alongside harm reduction approaches

Worcestershire Stop Smoking Service
Telephone based support for people motivated to quit smoking
What support is available?
Specialist advisors are available to provide free expert advice and guidance on stopping smoking for up to 6 weeks. They can advise on what stop smoking support is best for you, including medication, setting up a plan of action, and helping you address any problems you are facing. You will have an initial consultation with a trained stop smoking advisor, weekly telephone support meetings, a free vape starter kit and a follow up 4 weeks after quit date.
Who is eligible?
Adults who are over 18, are ready to quit smoking and are a resident of/ have a registered GP in Worcestershire.

Stop Smoking Support - Healthy Worcestershire’s Services
Smoking in pregnancy
Support to quit smoking if you, or anyone in your household is pregnant.
What support is available?
One to one appointments, in your home, clinic or community setting. Provision of NRT or vapes to support your quit.
Who is eligible?
Any pregnant person living in Worcestershire. Any partner or familiy member livng in a household with a pregnant person
How do you refer?
Email wah-tr.smokingcessationteam@nhs.net or speak to your midwife to refer.
Smoke free homes service
Support to quit smoking for any parent or family member living with a child under 18.
What support is available?
One to one appointments, in your home, Family Hub or community setting. Provision of NRT or vapes to support your quit.
Who is eligible?
Any parent of family member living in Worcestershire with a child under 18 in the household.

Weight management
NHS Digitial Offer
The NHS digital Weight Management Programme could help if you are living with obesity and also have diabetes, high blood pressure, or both.
What support is available?
A variety of online 12-week weight management plans are available for patients to choose from. Patients can choose one that's right for them from the options provided.
Who is eligible?
Individuals 18 or over who have a BMI greater than 30. The BMI threshold is lowered to 27.5 for people from black, Asian and ethnic minority backgrounds. You mus also have diabetes, high blood pressure, or both.

Slimming World
Slimming World offers 12-weeks of group-based personalised weight management support.
What support is available?
Weekly group-based support that includes healthy recipes, ideas and strategies to keep you highly motivated to achieve your weight-loss goal.
Who is eligible?
Worcestershire residents or Worcestershire registered GP, over 16 years old and has a BMI over 30. The BMI threshold is lowered to 28 for people from black, Asian and ethnic minority backgrounds. If someone has been a payine member in the last 3-months then they are not eligible.

Maternal Weight Management (Blooming Healthy)
Midwife-led one to one service, to support weight management and lifestyle change during pregnancy
What support is available?
Appointments can be delivered in person, over the phone or virtually. The service will identify areas of behaviour change that could support a healthier pregnancy, and support you through these.
Who is eligible?
Any pregnant women with a BMI over 35.
