Career guidance for those with SEND, SEMH, and EHCP (Education and Health Care Plan)
Understanding your options should help you make the right decision for you.
Thinking about the future can be an overwhelming task and even more so when you may have an Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP) or additional needs that may be creating barriers.
This webpage, along with the wider support through this website, should provide you with more information and help signpost you to the right support for assisting you on your way.
If you have an EHCP, it can remain with you through your further education and it may assist with gaining additional support when transitioning into your next step.
An additional need can vary from mild dyslexia, Social, Emotional or Mental Health needs all the way through to profound multiple learning disabilities.
