Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (Various Roads, Abberley) (30 Mph and 40 Mph Speed Limit) (Revocation and Proposal) Order 2024
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Abberley to 40 miles per hour:
A443 (Stockton Road/Stourport Road): From a point 375 metres west of its junction with C2230 (Common Road) in an easterly direction then a south easterly direction to a point 100 metres southeast of that junction.
B4202: From a point 90 metres north of its junction with C2071 (Village Road) in a southerly direction to a point 215 metres north of its junction with A443 (Stockton Road/Stourport Road).
A443 (Stockton Road/Stourport Road): From a point 100 metres southeast of its junction with C2230 (Common Road) in a generally south easterly direction to a point 150 metres north of its junction with B4203.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
