As we step into a new year, Worcestershire County Council announces a fresh calendar of dynamic events and business initiatives designed to help businesses grow, innovate, and thrive in 2025 and beyond.
The year will be kicking off with TechFest (27 January to 6 February) which features 10 exciting events and webinars over two weeks. This is an unmissable opportunity for entrepreneurs, startups, and established businesses to dive into the latest tech innovations, explore growth strategies, and connect with industry leaders.
Coming up in March, the Skills Show will take place on 5 and 6 March, followed by one of the year’s most anticipated events, Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership’s flagship initiative, Worcestershire: The BIG Conversation, happening on 13 March. These key events will provide local businesses with invaluable insights, networking opportunities, and practical tools to help them unlock their full potential.
Councillor Adam Kent, Cabinet Member for Economy and Skills at Worcestershire County Council, shared his vision for 2025 and beyond, saying: “2025 offers a chance for Worcestershire’s businesses to move forward with confidence, even as we all navigate the ongoing economic challenges. Our Business Support team is here to provide practical help—whether through energy-saving solutions, research and development funding, or expert advice and coaching. We understand the pressures businesses are facing, and we’re committed to equipping you with the tools and support needed to adapt, grow, and succeed. Together, we can tackle the challenges and create a foundation for sustainable, long-term success.”
