Join us at 8am, Monday 13 June at Sixways Stadium in Worcester, for the latest in the series of Business Worcestershire Conferences 2024!
The free event, organised by Worcestershire County Council, will offer different perspectives of actions, initiatives and outlooks Worcestershire businesses may consider whilst undertaking their Net Zero and Carbon Neutral journeys.
Expert speakers will share information and guidance to support businesses with their net zero ambitions. This includes the benefits and outcomes of Free Energy Assessments offered through Net Zero Worcestershire support programmes, to advice on how to become a certified B-Corp organisation.
Keynote speaker, Alison Phillips, will be joined by three certified B-Corp businesses who are based in Worcestershire for a panel discussion to share their B-Corp journeys. Other keynote speakers include Simon Helmer of Pro-Enviro, Alex Pearson of Midlands Net Zero Hub and Darren Fyles of Earth Hub.
Councillor Marc Bayliss, Cabinet Member with Responsibility for Economy and Skills said, "I am delighted that the upcoming conference will focus on supporting businesses on their Net Zero journeys. I would encourage all Worcestershire businesses to attend not only to gain fresh ideas but to speak to our expert Net Zero Worcestershire team about the grant support we have on offer."
