Business Coaching Support Places are up for grabs for early stage businesses in Worcestershire

A further 50 Business Coaching Support places available to early stage SMEs across the county have been announced by Worcestershire County Council.

The support on offer includes 12 hours of one to one bespoke coaching and is delivered by Real World Consultancy.

Businesses that take up the support on offer can work with more than one of the Real Word Consultancy coaches and will be matched based on the business’ requirements.

One local business that has benefited from the consultancy support is Open User Systems.

Chris Mann, from Open User Systems said: “My coaching sessions with Christina have been fantastic. I appreciate her encouragement and creative ideas which have helped me keep driving the business forward! The most valuable has been keeping a clear vision focused on my core values and long term goals, together with understanding my target client base much better.”

In addition to the 12 hours of bespoke support, the applicants will also receive a business assessment, gain access to an online community of peers and benefit from meetups in Worcester.

Councillor Marc Bayliss, Cabinet Member with Responsibility for Economy, Infrastructure and Skills said: “I am delighted we can continue to offer business coaching to those in the early stages of trading. The coaches provide these businesses with expert advice and support to develop their business plans, strategies, and mindset to guide them on their path to achieving sustainable growth, which is great for our local economy.

“I would urge eligible start ups in Worcestershire to register their interest in taking part in this bespoke programme of support.”

Eligible businesses must mainly exchange products, services or information with other businesses and be less than five years old. To access eligibility, visit the Enterprising Worcestershire pages of the Real World Consultancy website.
