The final preparations are being put in place for the sold out Visit Worcestershire Tourism Awards.
The awards will take place at Stanbrook Abbey Hotel on 11 March, in partnership with Visit England. Celebrating the very best of Worcestershire Tourism talent after a very tough two years for the industry.
After an extensive judging process towards the end of 2021, 37 finalists have been chosen across 12 different awards.
Visit Worcestershire were delighted with the response with over 100 entries from Worcestershire businesses.
Dominique Bray, Destination Management Organisation Manager for Visit Worcestershire said, “We were delighted with the number of quality tourism entries we received, especially during a period when many businesses had hit rock bottom.
“After an extensive two-round process and a strict process laid out by Visit England, the judging panel found it very difficult indeed to narrow down to a shortlist. All those who made it to the finals should be very proud of the achievement and how far they have come in the process”.
