This workshop is ideal for new businesses and people looking at going self-employed or setting up a new business, who want to make sure they have a business plan they can actually use to help guide them to the actions they must take to get them where they want to be.

You will learn the 5 key words in a business plan, and how to link these to the things you will do, plus a range of tips and shortcuts to help you get started. We will provide a template and some examples of what a good plan looks like.
