If you fancy exploring and writing poetry in the company of others in a safe, creative space, then this free workshop is for you. 

Held during Loneliness Awareness Week and delivered by poet Sara-Jane Arbury, we will look at sample poems and a range of interesting themes as starting points to inspire ideas and writing. The workshop is suitable for all: beginners, experienced writers and the curious. The exercises will enable you to try out ways of writing poems, and play with words and thoughts in a supportive group environment.
