Time to get spooky! Join us at Kidderminster Library for our annual halloween party. Enjoy fabulous craft activities and why not create your own halloween decorations to take home with you.  We will round off the fun by reading a spooktacular story. Suitable for children aged 4 years and above, parent and guardians must accompany children at all times during the event. To avoid disappointment, book your place below for this free of charge event. Tickets only required for children attending the event, adults and guardians do not require a ticket.
