Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council The County of Worcestershire (C2109 and C2209 Station Road, Wadborough) (Restricted Roads) Order 2000 (Revocation) and (Various Roads, Wadborough) (30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2024
On 4 July 2024 Worcestershire County Council made an Order with a MODIFICATION the effect of which will be to extend the speed limit on the following lengths and sides of roads in Wadborough to 30 miles per hour:
C2100, Wadborough: From its junction with C2109 for a distance of 156 metres in a southerly direction and for a distance of 410 metres in a north westerly direction.
C2109, Wadborough: From a point 18 metres west of its junction with C2100 for a distance of 160 metres in a north easterly direction.
C2209 (Station Road): From its junction with the C2109 for a distance of 282 metres in a north westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
*NB The effect of this modification is that the above 30 mph speed limit restriction on C2100 Wadborough from its junction C2109 for a distance of 106 metres in in a southerly direction has been replaced with from its junction with C2109 for a distance of 156 metres in a southerly direction.
The Order will come into operation on 25 July 2024.
