Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Tudor Way, Worcester) (No Stopping on School Keep Clear Markings) Order 2024

On 9 May 2024 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit stopping at any time on School Keep Clear Markings on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:

Tudor Way (East side): from a point 13 metres north of its junction with Stainburn Close to a point 37 metres south of its junction with Drake Avenue.(West side): from a point 35 metres north of the centre point of its junction with Stainburn Close to a point 46 metres south of the centre point of its junction with Drake Avenue.

The Order will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.

The Order will come into operation on 30 May 2024.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at  Worcester City Public Notice page and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
