Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Wyre Forest District – Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2024 [Disabled Persons’ Parking Place on Shrubbery Street, Kidderminster]
On 2 May 2024 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will create a disabled persons’ parking place on the following lengths and sides of roads in Kidderminster:
Shrubbery Street From a point, 80m northwest, from its junction with Shrubbery Gardens, for a distance of 6.6m and from a point 68.5m, for a distance of 6.6m, both in a southeast direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 23 May 2024.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
