Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2024 [Prohibition of Waiting and Restriction of Waiting on Shap Drive & Edgeworth Close, Worcester] and Worcestershire County Council (Honister Drive & Edgeworth Close, Worcester) (No Stopping on School Entrance Markings).
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Shap Drive (Both sides): from its junction with Windermere Drive for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction.
Restriction of Waiting Mon-Sat 8.30am-5.30pm
Shap Drive (Southeast side): from a point 12 metres southwest of its junction with Honister Drive for a distance of 13 metres in a south westerly direction.
Northwest side: from a point 10 metres northeast of its junction with Windermere Drive for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction.
Edgeworth Close (West side): from a point 10 metres south of its junction with Chedworth Drive for a distance of 36 metres in a southerly direction.
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit stopping on school entrance markings Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm as follows:
Honister Drive (North side): from the centre point of its junction with Shap Drive for a distance of 18 metres in an easterly direction and 22 metres in a westerly direction.
Edgeworth Close (Both sides): from a point 46 metres south of its junction with Chedworth Drive around the turning head in its entirety.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
