Worcestershire County Council Highways Act 1980, Section 96A consultation on proposal to remove tree(s) on Daves Road, Evesham
Notice is hereby given that Worcestershire County Council are undertaking a consultation pursuant to Section 96A Highways Act 1980 to remove trees on Davies Road in the vicinity of the junction with Hawthorn Road and as shown on marked plan attached.
It is proposed that the trees are removed to accommodate the construction of a new footway on Davies Road. Alternative management solutions have been considered and are not practicable. Replacement tree planting is proposed in the immediate locality.
