Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2024 [No Waiting on Redditch Police and Fire Station Egress, Redditch] and Worcestershire County Council (Redditch Police and Fire Station Egress, Redditch) ( One-Way Traffic Order) 2024
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to impose no waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Redditch:
Redditch Police and Fire Station Egress: (Both sides) - No waiting at any time over its entire length.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to impose a one-way traffic order on the following road in Redditch:
Redditch Police and Fire Station Egress: over its entire length in a west to east direction.
The Order will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.
