Parishes of Salwarpe & Martin Hussingtree SL

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (Parishes of Salwarpe & Martin Hussingtree) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2024


Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to reduce the speed limit on the following lengths of roads in the Parishes of Salwarpe and Martin Hussingtree to 40 miles per hour:

C2139 (Ladywood Road): From its junction with C2139 (Strand Lane) in a northerly direction to its junction with C2086 (Copcut Lane).

C2086 (Copcut Lane): From its junction with U41201 in a westerly direction to a point 330 metres north of its junction with U41200.

U41200 (Porters Mill Road): From its junction with C2086 (Copcut Lane) for 650 metres in a south westerly direction.

U41008 (Station Road): From its junction with C2139 (Strand Lane) for 540 metres in a southerly direction.

C2139 (Strand Lane/Church Lane): From its junction with C2139 (Ladywood Road) in an easterly direction to its junction with A38 Droitwich Road.

U41208 (Church Lane): From its junction with C2139 (Strand Lane) for 263 metres in a westerly direction.

There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
