I give notice that on 5 September 2024 Salop Sand and Gravel wrote to Worcestershire County Council submitting further information in relation to the Environmental Statement regarding surface water drainage. The County Council are now seeking comments on this further information. On 16 November 2023 Salop Sand and Gravel applied to Worcestershire County Council for planning permission for the above proposal. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated, as the proposal is located within the Green Belt. The development may affect Public Rights of Way, and the setting of a Listed Buildings.

A paper copy of the original Non-Technical Summary is available for £5. The original Environmental Statement Regulation 25 Addendums are available for an additional cost of £10 for paper copies or on USB memory stick for £5, so long as stocks last.
