Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2024 [Experimental Prohibition of Waiting on The Hedgerows, Romsley]
On 14 November 2024 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order which will impose a prohibition of waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Romsley:
St Kenelms Road: (Northeast side) from its junction with The Hedgerows for a distance of 3 metres in a north easterly direction. (Southwest side) from its junction with the Hedgerows for a distance of 3 metres in a westerly direction.
The Hedgerows: (Southeast side) from its junction with St Kenelms Road for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction. (Southwest side) from its junction with St Kenelms Road for a distance of 8 meters in a southerly direction.
The Experimental Order will come into operation on 5 December 2024 and remain in force for a maximum of period of 18 months.

The Experimental Order has been made to allow an assessment of the effect of the Order before a decision is taken to make it permanent.
