Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to revoke restricted waiting Mon-Fri 8am-5pm on the following sides and lengths of road in Malvern: -
Geraldine Road (south side): from a point 40m west of its junction with Geraldine Close for a distance of 56m in a westerly direction;
Geraldine Road (east side): from a point opposite its junction with U63120 for a distance of 30m in a northerly direction and 57.5m in a south easterly direction;
Geraldine Road (west side): from its junction with U63120 for a distance of 15m in a northerly direction;
U63120 (north side): from its junction with Geraldine Road for a distance of 73m in a westerly direction.
Revocation of Prohibition of Waiting at any time
Private Road accessing Malvern Hills Science Park/ U63120 (south side): from a point 76m west of its junction with Geraldine Road for a distance of 14m in a westerly direction.
Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time on the following sides and lengths of road in Malvern: -
Geraldine Road (south side): from a point 40m west of its junction with Geraldine Close for a distance of 34m in a westerly direction;
Geraldine Road (east side): from a point opposite its junction with U63120 for a distance of 30m in a northerly direction and 57.5m in a south easterly direction;
Geraldine Road (west side): from its junction with U63120 for a distance of 15m in a northerly direction;
U63120 (north side): from its junction with Geraldine Road for a distance of 73m in a westerly direction.
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit stopping on School Keep Clear Markings at any time on the following sides and lengths of road in Malvern:-
Geraldine Road (southwest side): from its junction with U63120 for a distance of 37m in a south easterly direction;
U63120/Private Road accessing Malvern Hills Science Park (south side): from its junction with Geraldine Road for a distance of 90m in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
