Crossgate Road, Redditch EXP POW

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2025 [Experimental Prohibition of Waiting on Crossgate Road, Redditch]


On 9 January 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order which will be to impose prohibition of waiting at any time on the following lengths and side of road in Redditch: 

Crossgate Road (Northeastern side): at a point 12 metres from its junction with upper Crossgate Road for a distance of 10 metres in a southeasterly direction. 
(Northeastern side): at a point 46 metres from its junction with upper Crossgate Road for a distance of 15 metres in a southeasterly direction. 

The Experimental Order will come into operation on 23 January 2025 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.

The Experimental Order has been made to allow an assessment of the effect of the Order before a decision is taken to make it permanent. If you wish to object/ make representations about the Order being made permanent, you must do so in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk  to be received by 23 July 2025 specifying the grounds on which they are made.
