Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2024 [Prohibition of Waiting on Bromwich Road and Whites Road, Worcester]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Bromwich Road (West side): from its junction with Whites Road for a distance of 33 metres in a northerly direction and 27 metres in a south westerly direction; and from a point 15 metres southwest of its junction with Bromwich Road Service Road (north junction) for a distance of 14 metres in a south westerly direction.
Whites Road (North side): from its junction with Bromwich Road for a distance of 32 metres in a westerly direction;
(South side): from its junction with Bromwich Road for a distance of 25 metres in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
