Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2024 [Experimental No Waiting (Proposal and Revocation) on Batchley Road/Hewell Road, Redditch]
On 13 June 2024 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order which will impose No Waiting on the following lengths and side of road in Redditch: -
Hewell Road (South Side) - No Waiting at Any Time
From a point 30m east of its junction with Batchley Road for a distance of 16m in an easterly direction.
(North Side) - No Waiting at Any Time
From a point 30m east of its junction with Batchley Road for a distance of 112m in an easterly direction.
Batchley Road- (North Side) - No Waiting at Any Time
From a point 16m north of its junction with Ash Tree Road for a distance of 42m in a northerly direction.
Revoke No Waiting at any time:
Batchley Road
(Both Sides) From its junction with Hewell Road for a distance of 32m in a southerly direction.
The Experimental Order will come into operation on 4 July 2024 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.

The Experimental Order has been made to allow an assessment of the effect of the Order before a decision is taken to make it permanent.
