Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2025 [Various Waiting Restrictions (Proposals and Revocations) on Barbourne Terrace, Worcester]
On 6 February 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at ay time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Barbourne Terrace (South East side): From its junction with A38 Tything/Barbourne Road for a distance of 103 metres in a south westerly direction.
Revocation of Restriction of Waiting Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 6:30pm
From its junction with A38 Tything/Barbourne Road for a distance of 98 metres in a south westerly direction.
Revocation of Limited Waiting 45 mins No Return Within 2 Hours from Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 6:30pm Except Permit Holders
From a point 98 metres south west of its junction with A38 Tything/Barbourne Road for a distance of 5 metres in a south westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 27 February 2025.
