Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2024 [Experimental Prohibition of Waiting on B4196 Shrawley]
On 8 February 2024 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order which will impose prohibition waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Shrawley:
B4196 Shrawley- (west side) from its junction with New Inn Lane for a distance of 116m in a northerly direction and 68m in a southerly direction.
B4196 Shrawley- (east side) from its junction with the lane to Noutards Green for a distance of 111m in a northerly direction and 85m in a southerly direction.
New Inn Lane (south side) from its junction with B4196 for a distance of 7m in a westerly direction.
The Experimental Order will come into operation on 7 March 2024 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.

The Experimental Order has been made to allow an assessment of the effect of the Order before a decision is taken to make it permanent.
