Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2024 [Experimental Prohibition of Waiting on Austin Road, Bromsgrove]
On 25 April 2024 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order which will impose prohibition waiting at any time on the following lengths and side of road in Bromsgrove: -
Austin Road, Bromsgrove (East Side) From a point 27m north of its junction with Miller Close for a distance of 12m in a northerly direction.
Austin Road, Bromsgrove (West Side) From a point 12m north of its junction with Miller Close for a distance of 40m in a northerly direction.
The Experimental Order will come into operation on 16 May 2024 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.
