Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2024 [Prohibition of Waiting, Restriction of Waiting and Limited Waiting on Andrew Close, Worcester]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Andrew Close: (North side) from a point 11 metres east of its junction with Comer Gardens for 12 metres in an easterly direction.
Restrict Waiting Order (No Waiting Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm)
(North side)
From a point 23 metres east of its junction with Comer Gardens for 77 metres in an easterly direction.
(South side)
From a point 21 metres east of its junction with Comer Gardens for 20 metres in an easterly direction.
From a point 46 metres east of its junction with Comer Gardens for 10 metres in an easterly direction.
From a point 63 metres east of its junction with Comer Gardens for 10 metres in an easterly direction.
From a point 78 metres east of its junction with Comer Gardens for 15 metres in an easterly direction.
Limited Waiting (Maximum stay 2 hours no return within 2 hours Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm)
(South side)
From a point 11 metres east of its junction with Comer Gardens for 10 metres in an easterly direction.
From a point 41 metres east of its junction with Comer Gardens for 5 metres in an easterly direction
From a point 56 metres east of its junction with Comer Gardens for 7 metres in an easterly direction.
From a point 78 metres east of its junction with Comer Gardens for 5 metres in an easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
