Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council The County of Hereford and Worcester (A38, Worcester to Tewkesbury Road, Worcester) (40 MPH Speed Limit) (No.4) Order 1997 (Revocation) and (A38 Worcester Road, Worcester) (40 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2024
On 11 April 2024 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following lengths of road in Worcester to 40 miles per hour:
A38 New Ketch Roundabout: over its entire length.
A38 from its junction with A38 New Ketch Roundabout: to a point 195 metres south of its junction with Taylors Lane.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 2 May 2024.
