Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2024 [Experimental Prohibition of Waiting on A38 Main Road, Kempsey]
On 15 August 2024 Worcestershire County Council Made an Experimental Order which will impose prohibition of waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Kempsey: -
A38 Main Road, Kempsey (East Side): from its junction with U60046 for a distance of 34m in a southerly direction.
From a point 30m north of its junction with U60046 for a distance of 34m in a northerly direction.
A38 Main Road, Kempsey (West Side): from its junction with U60046 for a distance of 34m in a southerly direction.
The Experimental Order will come into operation 12 September 2024 and remain in force for a maximum of 18 months.

The Experimental Order has been made to allow assessment of the effect of the Order before a decision is taken to make it permanent.
