Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2024 [Experimental Revocation of No Waiting at Any Time on A38 Bath Road, Worcester]


On 22 August 2024 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order which will revoke no waiting at waiting at any time on the following length and side of roads in Worcester: 

A38 Bath Road (West Side) – from its junction with Barneshall Avenue for a distance of 38m in a northerly direction.

The Experimental Order will come into operation 19 September 2024 and remain in force for a maximum of 18 months.

The Experimental Order has been made to allow assessment of the effect of the Order before a decision is taken to make it permanent.
If you wish to object/make representations about the Order being made permanent you must do so in writing to me at Wildwood or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk; by 12 March 2025 specifying the grounds on which they are made.
