Your Ideas is a nonprofit youth and community organisation in Redditch, Worcestershire.
For over a decade, we’ve empowered the community to create projects that improve lives.
We provide tailored support in a safe, inclusive environment, specialising in work with vulnerable and hard-to-reach individuals.

There is sometimes a cost of more than £2 per session.
Disabled access?
Yes. Disabled parking, disabled toilet and lift to upper floors.
Accessible for young people with additional needs
Yes. We run spectrum clubs.
Separate from our open access youth clubs we run groups for:
- Young people living with neurodivergence (eg autism/ADHD)
- Young people struggling with school attendance
- Young people at risk of involvement with crime
- Young people involved in crime
- Looked After Children or Children in Care
- Young Carers
