Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2025 [Prohibition of Waiting on Lansdowne Road/Highfield Road, Malvern]
On 6 March 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length of road in Malvern: -
Lansdowne Road (west side)- from its junction with Highfield Road for a distance of 5m in a northerly direction and 9m in a southerly direction.
Highfield Road (north side)- from its junction with Lansdowne Road for a distance of 10m in a westerly direction.
Highfield Road (south side)- from its junction with Lansdowne Road for a distance of 10m in a westerly direction.
Lansdowne Road (east side)- from its junction with Highfield Road (private road section) for a distance of 5m in a northerly direction and 5m in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 27 March 2025.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
